WARRANTY
KREMKE Watch Co. are proud to extend warranty coverage of two (2) years from the date of purchase on all of its timepieces.
Each timepiece comes with a Warranty Card that states your name, date of purchase and the watches unique details.
You can rest assured that your investment is covered by our official limited warranty and should anything go wrong, our customer service team will do their utmost best to make sure everything is done to your utmost satisfaction.

KREMKE CERTIFIED SERVICE
Like any mechanical device, a watch needs to be serviced regularly in order to insure trouble free operation. Obviously, we cannot indicate the intervals for such work, given that it depends entirely on the model, climate and the care taken by the watch's owner. As a general rule, it is between 4 and 5 years, depending on the use of the watch.
If you are an Australian based customer, we have an Australian service centre in Melbourne, Victoria. We request that repairs for our non-Australian based customers be handled by our Authorised service centre in Pforzheim, Germany. This guarantees fast and trouble free service to our customers. You can rest assured that your watch is being taken care of by the people who put it together and know it best.

RETURN POLICY
We understand that not everyone is comfortable buying something that they can't touch and feel prior to purchase. For your own peace of mind we offer our three (3) day evaluation period in which you can receive the watch and evaluate it in the comfort of your own home with no pushy salesman standing over you and plenty of time to bond with it. In the event that you are not satisfied, you can simply return your investment to us in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding special orders), minus our actual shipping costs, within three (3) days from date that you received it.
