April, 2009

Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am delighted to announce the official launch of our Kremke WebStore.

There are many exciting things to navigate through and I hope you enjoy our new home and take the time to get acquainted with our Flagship collection.

As the WebStore is in it’s infancy, there may be some parts that are still not up to scratch or you may spot some spelling errors here and there.

Please let us know if you spot anything that can be improved on or maybe you can suggest something you would like to see included in the future.

Please enjoy your stay and should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best Regards,
Yours truly,

Ian Kremke

I am back from a whirlwind tour of Germany and the Netherlands.

The trip was a resounding success.

You can find a small write-up and many photos of my tour of the Fricker factory by clicking on the following link to my Official Forum:

I had a great time at Watch2008. It was our first exhibition and although we only had a small booth, I was very proud to be Australia’s first and only representative at the watch fair. J

It was fantastic to see so many independent watch brands under one roof and to get to meet the owners of some very prestigious independent watch companies.

All in all, I think it was a successful event for most.
It was also great to meet a few Watchuseek members in the flesh. You know who you are.;-)

I have packed my bags and I am ready to jet off to Europe to kill two birds with one stone.

First of all, I am going to visit my watch manufacturer in Pforzheim Germany.
I am very proud to have Fricker GmbH on board to make my watches, as they are the absolute best in their field and encapsulate what “Made in Germany” is all about.
I can’t wait to meet the people behind the company and get a tour of the all the big machinery and watch making facilities.

Secondly, I am going to be exhibiting at the Watch2008 watch fair in Maastricht Netherlands, hosted by Ernie Romers of Watchuseek.

Should be an exciting event and I am looking forward to meet all the other independent watch companies.

I will make sure to take lots of photos and post them here.

Our first watch off the line, the Subzilla, is offered to the public to order via our Official Forum on Watchuseek.com.

Within four days, the first batch of 25 pieces is sold out.
It can only be described as a resounding success. J

I would like to personally extend a heartfelt thanks to the members of Watchuseek.com who extended their faith and supported our little, unknown watch company when we launched our brand at the start of November, 2008.

Also, a massive thanks to all the people who have helped in making this company a reality.

Best regards,

Ian Kremke
