Buying process

We aim to make your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. We understand that not everyone is comfortable buying online without first examining the product, therefore we offer multiple ways to purchase your chosen investment. Additionally, we offer a no-questions asked return policy.

  • To place an order with one our timepieces, you can click the "add to cart" button on the product page and place your order using a major credit card like VISA, Mastercard or American Express through our Paypal facility.

    Alternatively, we also offer alternative payment options like wire transfers, money orders or certified cheques (see below). If you wish to use one of the alternative payment methods, please send an email to us at . We will contact you with the required details.

  • Inspect your watch for a period of up to three (3) days starting from the day of receipt.***

  • Enjoy your new investment with the peace of mind that each KREMKE timepiece is warranted against material and manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase and is backed by our customer service team who are more than happy to help with any query you have. See “Warranty” section.

***If you are not fully satisfied with your investment, you may return the watch (except special order items) in its original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price (minus our actual shipping costs). All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return a watch please contact us for a Return Authorisation Form within three (3) days of receipt. In order to process your return, you must include our Return Authorisation Form.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

KREMKE Watch Co. ships to most international destinations via insured international priority FedEx.

All pricing listed on our website is in US Dollars and includes worldwide insured shipping unless specified otherwise
We accept the following payment:

  • PayPal. (Shipping address must be a PayPal confirmed address)

    You can use any of the credit cards supported by Paypal.

  • Telegraphic (Wire) Transfer. (Please email us at for payment details)

    Bank information for direct deposit payments will only be supplied after an email request. Customers should note that payments made using telegraphic transfer can on occasion take up to 3-5 business days to clear, and only after this time will your order be dispatched from our warehouse.

NOTE: We do not accept checks or money orders from international customers.

Taxes
Sales tax is NOT applicable on orders shipped anywhere outside of Australia.

Please note: we cannot be responsible for additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate before ordering. Please note that we must declare the full value that you paid for your watch on the shipment

Shipping
Provided that the watch is in stock, we do our best to make sure that all orders placed (and verified) at KREMKE Watch Co. before 5:00PM EST are shipped the next working day via FedEx and are fully insured in transit. You will be supplied with a tracking number upon shipment of your order. For your security, all orders are shipped signature required. Please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

For Paypal purchases, as per Paypal requirements we can only ship your order to the confirmed address on your Paypal account.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

All Australian orders must first email and request a GST invoice based on the daily exchange rates of XE.com.

For Paypal option, a Paypal "Request for Payment Invoice" will follow your request.

For other payment methods an email with relevant banking details will follow your request

    Customers should note that payments made using the certified cheques or money orders can on occasion take up to 3-5 business days to clear, and only after this time will your order be dispatched from our warehouse.
    Note: we cannot accept personal cheques. Certified cheques only.

Taxes
All items shipped within Australia ONLY will be charged 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

AUSTRALIAN P.O. BOX ORDERS

Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are shipped using the Australian Postal Service. Deliveries using the Australian Postal Service can be considerably delayed.
